ISO-Accelerator Cancellation and Refund Policy

We process requests for cancellation and / or refunds in legal, ethical and professional manner. We aim to be open and transparent with our customers.

As a minimum, this policy has been written to comply with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

PT Results Limited trading as ISO-Accelerator provides a Service. Unless otherwise agreed, all works are completed within 7 days. We aim to start works upon receipt of payment.

We request that any request for cancellation and / or a refund should be made in writing, this includes via email (24hrs per day). Contact information can be found by visiting our contact page.

We do not operate premium phone numbers. We can be contacted by phone, email, post should you need to contact us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Initial Certification

  • If works have not started then a full refund will be offered.
  • Cancellation - Up to initial certificate award - If works have started at the point of cancellation, works completed will be charged on a pro-rata basis. This will be up to a maximum of 50% of the fee paid.
  • Cancellation - Post initial certificate award (Up to 15 days from certificate award) – At this stage all works will have been provided in full. We cannot offer a refund fund post certificate award for the services provided. As a gesture of good will a refund of the equivalent amount of the annual re-certification fee will be made. This will be based on the current recertification fee. Certification will be cancelled with immediate effect.
  • Certification will automatically expire if the annual re-certification fee is not paid – There is no need to contact us.

  • Post payment - If works have not started then a full refund will be offered.
  • Cancellation - Up to re-certificate award - If works have started, works completed will be charged on a pro-rata basis. This will be up to a maximum of 50% of the fee paid.
  • Cancellation - Post re-certificate award (Up to 15 days from certificate award) – Works completed will be charged on a pro-rata basis. This will be up to a maximum of 50% of the fee paid. Certification will be cancelled with immediate effect.

FAQs

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to action all refunds within one working day of the request being made. It can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.
